Phone Down, Minds Up – Create phone-free school days. Let Me Grow – Encourage childhood independence through more unstructured play and real-life experiences.

No School for Students January 16 & January 19
Reminder: There is no school for students on Friday, January 16 (Teacher Inservice Day). School is closed on Monday, January 19, in recognition of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
*The walking track is closed on both days
May 5, 2026 Renewal Levy
At its regular meeting on December 15, 2025, the Canton Local School District Board of Education approved a Resolution Declaring it Necessary to Levy a Renewal Tax in Excess of the Ten-Mill Limitation, as presented in Exhibit TB-1.
This action authorizes the district to proceed with the next steps related to the renewal levy in accordance with Ohio law.
